I would like to thank Cory Jones of Motto Mortgage for helping me close on a brand-new home in Summerlin West in April 2022 .  Being a FN with zero credit history and a first-time home buyer, it was not easy to have me qualified and yet he was able to find a lender with fairly low rates (for an FN) and close the deal for me.  Cory was very attentive and thorough in helping me navigate a complicated transaction involving the builder.  His patience, perseverance and honesty were truly appreciated by my wife and I.

From beginning to end Cory explained the entire process to myself and my husband. Which was comforting to 1st time homebuyers as ourselves. When we had a question he was there to answer them every step of the way. This was very comforting to us. He really went  over and beyond to satisfy us. I would highly recommend Cory. He is not only professional and well educated in this area ,but he will get the job done . We had to pivot in our process and he assured us we would get it done and we did !
